Who She Is.

Natalie grew up in a very artistic family. Her sister is a commercial artist, and her father and grandfather were talented creators. After a successful career in education as a school superintendent, Natalie retired to dedicate herself to painting.

For over 20 years, she has worked in her own studio, using French oil paints which give her works a deep glow and richness of color.

Oil paintings by Natalie Bohnen-Twiddy — French oils worked in deep glows and saturated color. Florals, water, and Ontario landscapes painted from her Kingston studio.

Every piece is offered as a signed and numbered limited edition print on canvas, hand-embellished by Natalie in her studio. If you wish, a measure of cremated ashes is folded quietly into the painting medium, so the work becomes both a painting and a place to return to.
