For those who choose it, select works can also become even more personal through Tribute Art’s embellishment process, allowing cremated remains to be respectfully incorporated into the artwork by trained artists under carefully controlled conditions.

As part of the Wyland x Tribute Art Memorial Collection, an annual contribution will be made in the name of each person remembered through the collection to the Wyland Foundation, supporting its work to help protect the oceans and waterways that have inspired Wyland’s art throughout his life.
There is something fitting in that. The memory of someone we love can continue in the world they cared enough to appreciate — helping another generation discover these places, care about them, and understand why they are worth protecting.
His art has spent decades asking us to recognize the preciousness of life around us. Now, it can also help us honor the preciousness of a life that was ours to love.
