Your Companion Urn brings together a handcrafted Wyland bronze sculpture and a Memorial Riser™, with each component individually prepared for your order.
The bronze sculpture is handcrafted through a detailed process that includes casting, welding, applying the patina, polishing, and carefully crating the finished piece. Please allow approximately 180–240 days for production.
Your Memorial Riser™ is also prepared specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production of standard products.
Because each component follows its own production process, they may be completed and prepared for shipment at different times.
The Wyland sculpture and Memorial Riser™ are produced separately and may ship separately as each component is completed.
Once the Memorial Riser™ has been produced, it will ship within 1 business day. Delivery time after dispatch will vary depending on the destination and shipping service.
Once the bronze sculpture is complete, it will be carefully crated and prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping, depending on the delivery location.
Production and shipping times are separate. The sculpture will ship once production is complete and any outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Bronze Sculpture
Bronze is the most forgiving material in the studio. The patina deepens over decades; the form itself will outlast every other object in the room.
Day to day
- Dust with a clean, dry cotton cloth (an old T-shirt works well), wiping in the direction of the form.
- Once a year, wipe on a thin coat of clear paste wax (any hardware-store furniture or car paste wax) with a cloth, then buff gently with a dry cotton cloth.
Never
- Brass or copper polish — they strip the patina permanently.
- Citrus, vinegar, ammonia, or any acidic cleaner.
- Salt air without a written outdoor plan from us.
Pay 50% at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due before your completed piece is shipped. Production begins once your deposit has been received, and your order must be paid in full before shipment.
Eligible purchases may also be financed through Affirm, spreading the cost over available payment terms. When choosing Affirm, the 50% deposit option does not apply.
